Ignorance of the law is not an excuse

                          Can you imagine a world of no rules, no laws, nor regulations? Free of those barriers that hinders one's life in practicing the absolute freedom.  … chaotic \key-ot-ik\ –- the word that can best describe if laws are not existing

                           Twenty-first century is an era where rules and regulations are widely existing and put into practice at the same time. This era is also a time where computers are not anymore only used for military purposes, socializing is another one of those many other uses of a computer.

                           Being a netizens of a digital world, we should learn how to socialize and interact to one another through internet. Together with this, it should have limitations – Rules to be Followed.

           NETIQUETTES:

• Adhere to the same standards of behavior online that you are practicing in real life

>> Be Ethical – follow the rules or laws you follow in real life;
